A result that is a joy to behold.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are proud to present one of our latest and most successful projects: the multifunctional hall in Bordovice, which received a prestigious honorable mention in <strong>the Moravian-Silesian Region Building of the Year 2024 competition!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A project that stood out from the competition<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our company, <strong>TECHARTSTAV a.s.,<\/strong> delivered a comprehensive project for the investor, <strong>the municipality of Bordovice<\/strong>, as <strong>the general contractor<\/strong>. The project, designed by <strong>architect Roman Kud\u011blka (Kud\u011blka s.r.o.)<\/strong>, was completed in <strong>February 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the highly competitive category of <strong>CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE \u2013 NEW BUILDS<\/strong>, the hall received an Honorable Mention, essentially placing it among the three best new buildings in the region. For us, this award is <strong>direct proof of the top-notch quality of our work and our attention to detail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>More than just a sports hall<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bordovice Hall is not just a place for sports \u2013 <strong>it is a multifunctional center of community life<\/strong>. Thanks to its excellent acoustics and well-thought-out layout, it can be fully utilized for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sports:<\/strong> Floorball, volleyball, foot volleyball, and more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Culture:<\/strong> Social events, balls, and concerts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As the general contractor, we are <strong>proud to have contributed to the development of civic amenities in the region<\/strong> with a project that has been recognized by a panel of experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MSK 2024 Building Award \u2013 New Buildings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Main prize:<\/strong> V\u0160B \u2013 TUO New building of the Faculty of Economics \u2013 extension H<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Honorable mentio<\/strong>n (among others): <strong>Bordovice Sports Hall<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you looking for a partner for your next project?
