Job description
- Independent management of the entrusted part of the construction in accordance with the requirements of the work contract, project documentation, legislation, technical standards, technological procedures and performance schedule
- Cooperation with representatives of the investor, construction supervisor, designer and contractors
- Creation of the construction schedule and responsibility for its implementation
- Participation in the selection of suppliers and their coordination
- Cost management, quality and quantity control of deliveries, HSE management
