We are proud to present one of our latest and most successful projects: the multifunctional hall in Bordovice, which received a prestigious honorable mention in the Moravian-Silesian Region Building of the Year 2024 competition!
A project that stood out from the competition
Our company, TECHARTSTAV a.s., delivered a comprehensive project for the investor, the municipality of Bordovice, as the general contractor. The project, designed by architect Roman Kudělka (Kudělka s.r.o.), was completed in February 2024.
In the highly competitive category of CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE – NEW BUILDS, the hall received an Honorable Mention, essentially placing it among the three best new buildings in the region. For us, this award is direct proof of the top-notch quality of our work and our attention to detail.
More than just a sports hall
The Bordovice Hall is not just a place for sports – it is a multifunctional center of community life. Thanks to its excellent acoustics and well-thought-out layout, it can be fully utilized for:
- Sports: Floorball, volleyball, foot volleyball, and more.
- Culture: Social events, balls, and concerts.
As the general contractor, we are proud to have contributed to the development of civic amenities in the region with a project that has been recognized by a panel of experts.
